Working closely with teams and individuals across all Keyloop’s markets of operation to support the business with International and regional perspectives. Charlotte also invests time personally and professionally in creating thought leadership content for topics of interest, providing regular contributions to both automotive and equestrian media outlets.

Nick King
Market research and Insight Director, Auto Trader PLC

A consumer psychologist and expert in digital media and marketing, possessing the experience to analyse and interpret trends in consumer adoption of technology and develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention through digital and offline channels. Nick joined Auto Trader in January 2007 running Business Intelligence and in 2010 built the retailer insight team running master classes and webinars. He also makes short films to evangelise about data and Insight and speaks regularly at conferences in Europe, Canada and North America.

Nick is also a visiting lecturer in consumer psychology at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge.

After graduating from Loughborough in 1986 , Nick spent years in advertising and planning at Dorlands and Lintas, was a guitarist with Great Northern Electrics, a publisher on HiFi magazines at Petersen/EMAP and a research Director at Media agency Carat/Difiniti responsible for a team of researchers advising a range of Blue-chip clients on the development of their marketing and communications strategies in the Digital arena.

Jacqui Barker
Global OEM Director, Keyloop

Joined Keyloop in March 2022 to run the global OEM Brand Director team. Her background with OEMs spans 20 years from media and research, digital audience, fintech and automotive eCommerce. Her role is to lead the team running the global relationships with OEMs as they navigate digital transformation outside of the core DMS landscape.

Jacqui has a global network of automotive contacts which support the broader Keyloop strategy (API driven) to connect and integrate the core retail functionality we already provide to the OEMs and their retailers.

Dr Andrew Tongue
Research Director, ICDP

Dr Andrew Tongue is Research Director of ICDP, an international research-based organisation focused on automotive distribution, including the supply and retailing of new and used vehicles, after sales, network structures and operations. Through its collaborative programmes, consultancy, data services, and events, ICDP works with vehicle makers, dealers, suppliers, and related organisations to improve the quality and effectiveness of the distribution model.

Andrew has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry since he completed a Doctoral study looking at the evolution of distribution channel structures across the European car market. He also leads ICDP's regulatory work, advising clients and other key industry actors on developments in the legislative environment governing the selling, marketing and use of vehicles.

Passionate about early motoring and motorsport in particular, he enjoys running a collection of vintage and classic cars, and is a Clerk of the Course at race circuits and hill-climbs around the UK
